In Gartner’s Critical Capabilities for Content Collaboration Platforms Report hat BlackBerry im Vergleich zu 12 anderen Anbietern in 2 Anwendungsfällen die höchste Punktzahl erhalten: Workforce Collaboration und Centralized Content Protection.
Getestet wurden insgesamt 13 CCP Anbieter: Accellion, Axway (Syncplicity), Box, Citrix, Ctera, Dropbox, Egnyte, Google, HighQ, Intralinks (by Synchronoss), Microsoft, Thru und BlackBerry.
Insgesamt gab es 5 Kategorien und BlackBerry erhielt wie oben erwähnt zweimal die höchste Punktzahl (Workforce Productivity 4.46 von 5 und Centralized Content Protection 4.45 von 5) und zweimal die zweithöchste (Extended Collaboration 4.37 von 5 und Lightweight Workflow 4.43 von 5).
